Your speeding ticket has been received and we will file the ticket forthwith.
As soon as the ticket is filed we will send you a stamped and/or confirmation from the traffic ticket court notifying you that the ticket has been received by the court.
Once the ticket has been received the traffic court will put it into their system to assign a court date.
The court trial notice will be sent to the address that was written by the police officer on the ticket.
Court dates for traffic tickets usually are three (3) to six (6) months from the date of the offence.
